Travel teams will practice two times a week beginning in early July.
Depending on the coaches league of choice, the typical travel team will play league games in the Baltimore Metro area
including Frederick, Harford, and Anne Arundel counties. A one off game could be scheduled beyond this area.
However, travel teams will play at least half of their games at home.
Travel teams will participate in weekend tournaments during the season. The average team will participate
in two to three tournaments, but some teams may play in additional tournaments.
The registration for travel players includes the cost of uniforms, referee fees, league fees for one league,
cost of one tournament, equipment purchases, patches. (Field Paint, maintenance and mowing are signficant
costs that are often overlooked by players and parents.)
Fees for additonal tournaments and leagues are not included in the registration fee and are
collected by the coach or team manager or raised through team fund raising activities.
